About the course
September 16th - October 21st, 2026 | Wednesdays, 2:00 - 3:30 pm The Communications Leaders Learning Cohort is a coalition-based learning experience designed to help those in mission-driven organizations strengthen their messaging using insights from brain and behavioral science. Communications leaders are increasingly asked to navigate complex public narratives, polarized environments, and rapid-response communications demands. This cohort provides a structured peer environment where leaders can sharpen their approach, learn from peers facing similar challenges, and strengthen communication effectiveness.

What people are saying
Read and listen below to hear from past cohort participants
As a social worker and educator, I was slightly skeptical of the application psychology and neuroscience has to our work. The Mind Shift Lab team did an excellent job at connecting the dots on utilizing psychology and neuroscience as tools for connection and social justice. I was surprised by how engaging and energizing the content felt. Learning with a cohort of organizers who are also facing unprecedented challenges in our safety and funding had the added benefit of reducing isolation.
Spring 2025
Thank you so much... Your thoughtful frameworks were constructive and helpful, offering new ways to view and respond to what’s happening around us.
Fall 2025
The training we did with Mindbridge was game changing for us. As a communications organization, the concepts were all ones that we knew to some degree, however, the way the trainers presented the information and having the real words and concepts to use in our work fundamentally changed our understanding of our work. From how we message to who we message to, this training was phenomenal!
